Gemma keeps herself busy with her three boys, filling her time with long walks at the weekend getting splashed with mud and carrying a scooter or two. Aside from that she balances a careful schedule of settling down with a good book or the latest reality TV show to relax to.

Gemma’s claim to fame? Both her and her friends once spent an evening in DJ Eric Prydz’s hilltop villa in Ibiza where he cooked them an evening meal and was a perfect host.

I have worked in recruitment since 2020 and I love the fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
Each day is so different and I get the opportunity to work on a variety of projects alongside my wonderful team. When I’m not at work you can find me going on hikes with my husband and dog, travelling the world or spending quality time with my wonderful friends and family!

Research Opinions has been my home since 2017 and my favourite part of the job, other than our amazing team, are the new challenges each day brings. After working as a recruitment specialist here for 7 years, I am now the database growth and engagement lead which allows me to help connect the right participants to the right projects and spread the word about market research! Coming from a background in hospitality, I’m still a wine-loving festival-goer but nowadays you will often find me at a farm or soft play on the weekend with my two little boys!

I come from a Sociology background and have always been interested in differing individual experiences and how people view the world. I like that market research draws on this! In my spare time I try to be an avid roller skater and socialite, but I am usually sat on the sofa chilling.

Before Research Opinions, I was at university studying politics and philosophy. I’ve worked in the market research industry for a few years now, and my favourite thing is being able to connect with new people from different walks of life. At Research Opinions, I particularly enjoy working on social research projects where I can draw on the knowledge and experience I have from my degree. Outside of work, I play a variety of instruments, and I spend most weekends watching Formula 1.

I am new to the recruitment industry and I’m loving my new role as a recruitment specialist! Working on different projects everyday keeps things interesting and working in a company with commendable values has always been important to me which is why I’m already feeling at home here. When I’m not at work I will usually be looking for a new cosy breakfast spot with my friends or home consuming true crime and horror in any form!

Since joining in 2025, I’ve enjoyed the rewarding experience that is working at RO. I come from a journalism background so I’m not averse to a good interview! I enjoy speaking with people over the phone and having those little 2 minute back-and-forth’s, it’s what makes the day more interesting. Outside of work I’m massively into my music, both playing and creating; who knows, you may just see me DJing on the weekend!

Since joining the team in 2023, I’ve been loving the change in environment and taking on new challenges. When I’m not at work, I’m at home either watching TV shows, reading, or painting like a true introvert! I love learning new skills within my role and getting know and work alongside a great team!

As a Recruitment Specialist, every week brings a new challenge to tackle or puzzle to solve! There’s always something new to learn, whether that be from an unfamiliar topic or an interesting participant. I enjoy working on all types of projects, from beauty and lifestyle to political issues. When I’m not at work you can find me curled up with my cats and Nintendo Switch, indulging in retail therapy, or spending time with my friends.

I love working in recruitment because no two days are ever the same. I enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and helping our participants feel comfortable and supported throughout each project. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, cooking, exploring new places and spending time with my dog blue, friends and family.

I joined RO fresh out of studying English Literature at university, and enjoy recruitment for the range of different project types we get to delve into. Outside of work, I enjoy keeping busy with my many different hobbies, including: knitting, reading, and going to loads of gigs!
